Responsibilities: This position is responsible for overall coordination and daily operation of WorkWell, International Travel Clinic, and occupational health and safety programs. This includes oversight of daily department operations and budgets, supervision of staff and employee, patient, and provider relations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s level degree in Occupational Health/Medicine Nursing or related field preferred, Licensed Registered Nurse in MN and WI; experience in on-site clinical and business consultative services, illness/injury prevention programs, substance abuse testing, medical surveillance, regulatory health, safety and related benefit programs. Must have decision making and problem solving abilities, leadership skills and ability to work effectively with staff, physicians, patients and external clients.

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for monitoring accounts and initiating/maintaining contact with patients and guarantors whose account balances have become or may become delinquent. This position works to secure either payment in full or set up monthly budget plans in accordance with SMG policy, and/or places accounts with collection agency. Ability to learn, retain information regarding patient care procedures. Ability to plan, prioritize and complete delegated tasks. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations. One year medical assistant experience in a clinic preferred.
