Title: Nursing Supervisor
Location:  Greeley Clinic

Work Schedule/hours:  40 hours/week, EXEMPT

Responsibilities:  This position is responsible for the daily clinic operations and all staff at the Greely Clinic location. This position ensures the safety and efficiency of patient care. This position is a member of the SMG management team and works collaboratively with other members of management, providers and outside vendors to provide high quality health care. The Nursing Supervisor is expected to support the short and long term mission, goals and objectives of Stillwater Medical Group.

Qualifications:   Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Completion of an accredited nursing program. Three years related nursing experience in a clinical setting. Knowledge of nursing theory, regulations and practice. Three years of management and/or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to learn and retain information regarding patient care procedures; to project a pleasant and professional image; plan, prioritize and complete delegated tasks; and, demonstrates compassion and caring in dealing with others.

Title:
Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants (certified PA-C) for Retail Clinic
Location:  Retail Clinic locations

Work Schedule/hours:  FT/PT/On-call. Hours are flexible, to include day, evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:  Diagnose and treat common family illnesses for patients over 18 months of age in our retail clinic settings. Document patient visits via computerized charting.

Qualifications:   
NURSE PRACTITIONER:  
Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program and completion of Masters of Science Degree in Nursing.  Current Minnesota and Wisconsin license as a Registered Nurse and recognition as an Advanced Practice Nurse by the Minnesota and Wisconsin State Boards of Nursing.  Certification as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, or Clinical Nurse Specialist by the National Certification Board of the ANA. Approved by the Minnesota and Wisconsin Boards of Nursing for prescriptive authority and holds current DEA certificate.  Current Basic Life Support certification, ACLS preferred.  Minimum equivalent of two years recent nursing experience in ambulatory care, including pediatrics, or equivalent one year recent experience in an acute care setting.  Commitment to excellence, best practices, and superior customer service with every patient.
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT:  Graduate of AMA accredited physician assistant program.  Current license as a Physician Assistant by the Minnesota and Wisconsin Boards of Medical Practice.  Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.  DEA certificate.  Current Basic Life Support certification, ACLS preferred.  Commitment to excellence, best practices, and superior customer service with every patient.
