• You are age 40 or older
• You experience tinnitus (perception of ringing, hissing, or other sounds in the ear)
• You perceive fullness or pressure in the ears
• You experience disequilibrium or vertigo
• You think your friends and family mumble
• Your family complains about have to speak louder or have to repeat themselves

Your children are candidates for a hearing evaluation if:

• Their hearing was not evaluated at birth
• They exhibit speech or language delays
• They are experiencing education challenges
• They have a history if middle ear fluid (infections)
• There is a family history or hearing loss
